The land system is a complex and comprehensive system,it shows different functional values under different utilized methods.The multifunction evaluation of land use can find out the land use function status.In the context of the new-type urbanization,the land use functions in rural areas have initially exhibited diversified characteristics,and the spatial differences in land functions have become increasingly apparent,which deserves special attention and discussion.This paper takes the Dongjiao countryside as the study area,and the 100 m × 100 m micro grid is used as the research unit.A multi-functional quantitative measurement model is established to measure the monetary value of production-life-ecology,quantitatively evaluating the versatility of land use and analyze its main influencing factors,and further targeted land management recommendations for different village types are proposed.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)This article selects 13 indicators in the perspectives of production,life,and ecology to build a land use multifunctional quantitative measurement model in rural areas.The market cost method and shadow engineering method are used to calculate the value of functional currency.Analysis synthetically the land use multifunctional value of 100 m × 100 m grid unit in Dongjiao Township.The function in the grid were divided into four levels: multifunctional low value,single function dominant,dual function dominant,and multifunctional high value.In Dongjiao,there are 1291 blocks in the multi-functional low-value area,and 3096 blocks are in the single-function dominant area,ecological-function-dominated proportion is the largest among them.3092 blocks are located in the dual-function dominant area,of which the production-life dominant grid accounts for the largest proportion,and 2101 blocks are in the multifunctional high-value area.The proportion of multifunctional land use in Dongjiao Township has reached more than 54.2%.The multifunctional land use in Dongjiao Township has begun to take shape,but there is still much room for development.(2)Based on the land use multi-functional evaluation results,the production-living-ecological spaces in Dongjiao Township are determined.The area ratio of production,living and ecological space in Dongjiao Township is 45.75: 39.56: 14.69.The production space of Dongjiao Township occupies a dominant position,the production function is still the primary function of rural areas in central Hunan,and agriculture is still the top priority of rural development.The cold and hot spot analysis results show that there is a strong correlation between the level of function and the distribution of land types.The land type corresponding to the hotspot area of production space is industrial and mining land,the land type corresponding to the hotspot concentration of living space is residential land,and the land type corresponding to the hotspot area of ecological space is water area such as river water surface and reservoir water surface.(3)Use Geographic Detectors to analyze the influence degree and mechanism of natural geography factors,geographical location factors,and economic geography factors on land use multifunction,and identify the influencing factors that affect land use multifunction space analysis in Dongjiao Township.Elevation,population density,and distance to roads are the main influencing factors affecting the spatial differentiation of production functions.Distance to rivers,elevation,and proportion of primary industries are the spatial differences in living functions.The main influencing factors,distance to the road,population density,and distance to the administrative center are the main influencing factors affecting the spatial differentiation of ecological functions.The distance to the river,the distance between roads and roads,and the population density are the main influencing factors affecting the multi-functional spatial differentiation of land use in the eastern suburbs.Location factors have a significant effect on the spatial distribution of functions.There is a clear relationship between the two factors,and their interaction greatly enhances the effect on land multifunctionality.The dominant areas or ranges of multi-purpose land use distribution under different influencing factors are also different.(4)Based on the results of multifunctional evaluation of land use,using SPSS19.0 clustering analysis method,combining the actual situation of the village area,and 19 administrative villages were divided into 5 village types,including comprehensive development,production-oriented,life-oriented,eco-dominant and balanced development,analysis of the current status of land use of each village type and put forward reasonable development suggestions,to further enhance the practical application value of the research.
