Abstract/Summary:
As the degree of opening up of China’s financial industry has increased,restrictions on foreign banks have gradually loosened.Many foreign banks are in the Chinese market,which puts another huge pressure on the highly competitive commercial banking community.China’s commercial banks must enhance their overall strength in order to withstand the fierce internal competition and external shocks,and performance management plays an irreplaceable role in improving the strength of commercial banks,promoting the development of commercial banks and achieving strategic realization.Therefore,designing a scientific and reasonable performance management system is particularly important for today’s commercial banks.This article takes the example of Ping An Bank Qingdao Branch.Firstly,through reading a large number of documents,it introduces the definition,methods and related theories of performance management.This is the basis of this research.Secondly,through my own research on the Qingdao Branch of Ping An Bank,Introduce the background and current performance of Ping An Bank Qingdao Branch,and analyze the current performance management situation to find out the problems;once again,design a new Ping An Bank Qingdao Branch performance management system for the existing problems,in the system In the process of construction,the methods and ideas of the balanced scorecard,the key performance indicator method,the target management method and the 360-degree assessment method are applied and borrowed,and the feasibility analysis of the new performance management system is carried out in the form of an anonymous questionnaire;A summary of the content of the paper and some suggestions on the performance management of commercial banks.
