Research On Innovation Strategy Of BJXM Company

In recent years,the view of mastering core technology and improving the core competitiveness of enterprises has been raised more and more.Especially for high-tech enterprises,with the aggravation of market competition,consumers' demands for new products and new functions make the update speed of products need to take a higher stage.BJXM company is an Internet service and retail enterprise that starts with mobile phone products.At present,with the development of the company,its products have covered intelligent hardware,consumer goods,education,games,social networks,culture and entertainment,medical and health care,automobile transportation,finance and other fields.It was listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 9,2018,and was selected as the top Forbes China in 2019 in June 2019 The list of innovative enterprises,but with the rapid development of BJXM company,it also faces many threats and tests.This paper hopes to provide reference for the research of innovation strategy of China's enterprises through the selection,implementation and guarantee measures of innovation strategy of BJXM company.This paper takes BJXM company as the research object,first describes the background,significance,method and theoretical basis of the research,then analyzes the external environment of the enterprise through PEST analysis and Porter's five force model,at the same time,evaluates the opportunities and threats outside the enterprise with EFE matrix,then analyzes the internal environment of the enterprise,and makes the advantages and disadvantages inside the enterprise with IFE matrix Evaluation.Based on the theory of innovation strategy,this paper makes a comparative analysis of four basic innovation strategies(incremental innovation,fundamental innovation,change of technology system,change of technology economy paradigm)through QSPM quantitative matrix,and concludes that BJXM company should adopt incremental innovation strategy.
