| At present,the new crown pneumonia epidemic situation has been initially contained in China,but there are still large-scale outbreaks abroad,and the epidemic situation has gradually evolved into a common problem faced by all humanity.During the new crown pneumonia epidemic,China’s pharmaceutical industry played a key role.The Chinese pharmaceutical industry is an important part of the global pharmaceutical supply chain.After the new crown pneumonia epidemic,the entire pharmaceutical industry and many pharmaceutical companies are going all out to actively fight the epidemic.The global pharmaceutical industry chain is the most beautiful retrograde of the epidemic.Therefore,China’s pharmaceutical industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Since its establishment,N Pharmaceutical has continuously expanded its scale and achieved good development performance.As the competition in the pharmaceutical industry intensifies,the company is also facing competition and challenges from all aspects.However,the pharmaceutical industry is a high-investment,high-yield,high-tech,and high-risk industry,so it places higher requirements on the company’s future development.In the current situation,how to plan the future development route,how to carry out tactics,and how to carry out strategic deployment are major issues that the company urgently needs to solve.First,use the PEST model and Porter’s five-force model to analyze the macro environment and industry environment of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,and point out the opportunities and threats facing the company in the development process.Secondly,based on management capacity,production capacity,research and development capacity,human resources,financial resources,and intangible resources,the company’s internal capabilities and resources were analyzed.Third,using the SWOT analysis method,an overall analysis of the company’s current opportunities,threats,advantages,and disadvantages is made,and the company’s future development direction is proposed,and an overall strategy is formulated.Fourth,put forward business strategies based on product differentiation and functional strategies based on production strategies,R & D strategies,marketing strategies,human resources strategies and other strategies to better achieve company goals.Fifth,measures such as optimizing management mechanisms,building corporate culture,strengthening human resource development,improving R & D capabilities,and customer empowermentmarketing were proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of the company’s development strategy.This article is a study on the application of strategic management theory for pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises.The company is a representative of the antibiotic field in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China.The study of its development strategy can provide a reference for the development of other pharmaceutical companies’ development strategies and also has a certain reference for the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing value. |
