Corporate culture is the decisive factor for the rise and fall of an enterprise and also the internal guarantee for the enterprise to improve its core competitiveness.An important part of Internet enterprises is knowledge-based talents.Therefore,corporate culture is the key to the cultivation of learning organizations,the stimulation of employee creativity and the improvement of employee performance in Internet enterprises.Based on the theory of corporate culture,this paper takes Y Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and proposes measures to improve the corporate culture construction of Y Science and technology Co.,Ltd.through the analysis of its corporate culture construction.In this article,through the combination of questionnaire and interview method to the enterprise staff agree that corporate culture to make the investigation,it is concluded that ascension Y technology co.,LTD.,the necessity of enterprise culture,and according to the questionnaire survey and interviews to establish 3 d factor analysis model(SWE),from the cultural advantage,cultural disadvantages of cultural cognition and the environment opportunities and threats,namely strategic culture make attribution analysis,explore Y technology co.,LTD.,the enterprise culture construction present situation and countermeasures in the future.Through analysis,this paper puts forward to establish enterprise culture to common values,strengthen the essences of people-oriented corporate culture,and highlight corporate culture factors such as the Internet as a basic principle,to establish equal,open and collaborative,customers first,with the staff for this,keep continuous innovation ability of enterprise culture as the specific content of Y technology co.,LTD,enterprise culture construction of lifting scheme.Finally,this paper puts forward three Suggestions for the implementation of corporate culture of Y Technology Co.,Ltd.and provides guidance for the sound development of culture construction in the context of rapid economic development of Internet enterprises.
