Innovation is a national strategy, the enterprise is the basic cell of society and economy, to build an innovative country, we must build innovative enterprises, innovative enterprises as an important element of innovation-oriented country, very important strategic position. This is a constantly changing environment, the only innovation in order to better adapt to the environment, in order to better survival and development. Corporate culture is strong support for innovative companies, are made within the power of enterprise development, building an innovative corporate culture is one of the better efforts of building innovative enterprises.This paper explains the theory of corporate culture and innovation management, including the relationship between the theoretical relationship of theoretical concepts and innovative corporate culture, corporate culture construction theory, innovation and comprehensive innovation management theory, corporate culture and business performance, corporate culture and innovation, "cultural field" theory; then the status quo on the Goldsky Technology Group corporate culture analysis analyzes the shortcomings of their existing culture in support of business innovation, followed by a series of internal and external analysis points out of its innovative corporate culture demand; response to this demand, we believe that the Goldsky Technology Group need to foster a competitive adapt to changing market needs and innovative corporate culture, in order to enable enterprises to meet the requirements of its development strategy, that is, by fostering an innovative enterprise corporate culture to influence thinking and business practices, in order to achieve enhance innovation capacity and improve business performance objectives; therefore, how to build a corporate culture to foster innovation and implement a model that is the focus of this article. Through research, the paper argues that foster innovative corporate culture is the culture of the base path diagnostics and innovation needs analysisâ†'oster business innovation "cultural field" â†'play a "field effect" affect the company’s business activitiesâ†'Evaluation â†' Continuous innovation, cultural formation; and to foster the implementation of such key points:(1) identify the location, planning objectives;(2) a sound organizational security;(3) improve the incentive mechanism;(4) good publicity;(5) promote high-level, full participation;(6) outside the brain.
