Corporate culture is crucial to the company.The outperformance of Japanese firms compared with American firms led to the emergence of a theory of corporate culture in the late 1970 s.Corporate culture is the common cognitive system and habitual behavior of enterprises.For employees,corporate culture can promote their consensus and form psychological contract.Corporate culture is the basis of thought and behavior of employees.Corporate culture is not easy to imitate,different companies have different corporate culture.In the era of globalization,any enterprise is faced with threats and challenges.How to actively deal with and solve the problem is what every enterprise needs to think about.In particular,the banking industry is facing unprecedented challenges in recent years.For example,the emergence of Internet finance has made the banking industry go through the era of "making money while lying down",and the banking industry needs to be transformed.However,banking is an industry prone to imitation and homogenization.How to establish the corporate culture,deepen the corporate culture,into the hearts of every employee,this is every bank needs to think about the problem.ZZ bank,as a small and medium-sized city commercial bank,has many highlights in the construction of corporate culture.However,it lacks leaders' attention in the construction of corporate culture,and the construction of corporate culture started late and the system is not perfect.As an employee of ZZ bank,the author discussed the connotation and construction significance of corporate culture of commercial Banks from the perspective of the connotation,structure and function,formation and development of corporate culture.On the basis of explaining relevant theories and methods of enterprise culture construction,ZZ bank's enterprise culture construction is taken as the research object,and the analysis of its enterprise culture construction stage,"root master sub-system" analysis and ternary locking analysis explain the current situation of ZZ bank's enterprise culture construction.It was pointed out that ZZ bank was in the development stage in the construction stage of corporate culture.Through the analysis of "root master and sub-master" system,it was pointed out that ZZ bank's corporate culture construction system was not sound,and the key success factors,key hindrance factors and key driving factors in ZZ bank's corporate culture were found out through the three-way locking analysis method.Then,it proposes suggestions and strategies on how to improve the corporate culture system of ZZ bank and how to carry forward the success factors.I hope to provide cultural support and new methods for the corporate culture construction of ZZ bank.
