With the arrival of knowledge economy, training work for employees by enterprises plays more and more important roles. In recent years, China National Petroleum Corporation has worked to create a comprehensive transnational Energy Corporation, by taking various measures, actively promoting the scientific and technology innovation and making efforts to promote personnel training, has achieved good economic and social benefits. As a subsidiary regional company of CNPC, Qinghai Oilfield Company actively practice the various work requirements of CNPC, strengthens the human resources management and development, vigorously implements the "talent thriving enterprise" strategy, enhances the training for three teams—management personnel, professional and technical personnel and operations staff, make efforts to establish the platform for the all kinds of talents to play themselves ability,which can play a certain intellectual support and personnel guarantee for the development and growth for the oil companies.Looking back on the training system building and staff training work in the past few years of the oil company, although the prototype system has been made. different content, different levels, different types of training work has been carried out, some achievements have been made. However, it is undeniable that there are still many unsatisfactory and imperfect aspects in the training system of the oil companies, especially in the professional and technical personnel training building system and specific training work。The research and innovation ability of professional and technical personnel, and the technical level and the comprehensive level of performance directly affect the outcome of the oil exploration, oil and gas production capacity and comprehensive development standards and operational capability of the companies, hence directly affect the economic and social benefits of the oilfield. Therefore, strengthening the research in the human resources development of oil fields, particularly for further improving the professional and technical personnel training system, making a good job of the training for professional and technical personnel will play the significantly practical and strategic roles in the efficient development,green development and utilization of oil and gas resources, and rapid and sustainable development of the companyEnterprises can not develop without talents. Skills can create wealth, Wisdom can make brilliance. From the practical needs of the oil fields for the professional and technical personnel, this paper aims to put forward the feasible proposal to resolve the conflicts and problems aiming at the training deficiencies and problems which exist in current training system by studying and analyzing the current training system and situation of professional and technical personnel in oil company. And it aims to improve and perfect the training system and training work, combined with characteristics of professional and technical personnel of oil companies, hence to improve the usefulness, relevance, effectiveness and overall effectiveness of professional and technical training of personnel.Enterprise provides a ladder and wide stage for the growth and development of talent. System determines success or failure, Mechanism brings vitality. This paper will also put forward constructive comments and suggestions in creating learning-oriented enterprises, cultivating learning-oriented staff, speeding up the training mechanism and system construction, increasing the investment in training of hardware and software and handling the relationship between personnel training and personnel employment and etc, finally to provide strong intellectual support for the oil company to seek greater development.
