However, it is undeniable that there are still many unsatisfactory and imperfect aspects in the training system of the oil companies, especially in the professional and technical personnel training building system and specific training work。The research and innovation ability of professional and technical personnel, and the technical level and the comprehensive level of performance directly affect the outcome of the oil exploration, oil and gas production capacity and comprehensive development standards and operational capability of the companies, hence directly affect the economic and social benefits of the oilfield. From the practical needs of the oil fields for the professional and technical personnel, this paper aims to put forward the feasible proposal to resolve the conflicts and problems aiming at the training deficiencies and problems which exist in current training system by studying and analyzing the current training system and situation of professional and technical personnel in oil company.
