Under the background of economic globalization, the domestic manufacturing industry is constantly facing new challenges.Service-oriented manufacturing has become an important way, means and direction for the strategic transformation of manufacturing enterprises.Developing service-oriented manufacturing and improving the quality competitiveness of enterprises is an inevitable requirement for China's traditional manufacturing enterprises to change from large to strong. It is not only conducive to reshaping the traditional manufacturing value chain and creating new competitive advantages;it is also conducive to optimizing China's industrial economic structure and nurturing Development of new kinetic energy. In the context of the era of high-quality development, this paper takes service-oriented manufacturing enterprises as the research object, systematically analyzes the quality management characteristics of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of the whole process, constructs a scientific and effective evaluation model, and accurately proposes quality competition for service-oriented manufacturing enterprises On the one hand, the strategy of improving the strength provides a service-oriented manufacturing company with a scientific quantifiable method for finding the best solution and a quantifiable scientific evaluation method to improve its quality competitiveness. On the other hand,it enriches the theoretical research on service-oriented manufacturing. This article first systematically sorts out the existing research results of service-oriented manufacturing and quality competitiveness, and then,on the basis of a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the characteristics of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises, focuses on the comparison of the entire process of "design, procurement, production, marketing, service" The difference and connection in quality management between service manufacturing enterprises and traditional manufacturing enterprises are analyzed to provide a basis for the selection of quality competitiveness indicators. The study found that the characteristics of quality management in service manufacturing compared with traditional manufacturing are: marketing process, all activities around "product +service";design process, quality information transmission is real-time,unimpeded two-way transmission, and enterprises can update design information in time,More interaction with customers;During the procurement process,it is a win-win cooperation with suppliers, amutually trusting community of interests, with long-term and stable characteristics;the production process and quality management are jointly completed by the enterprise and customers, and customers actively participate in the production process The quality control of the input and output of production is the overall management of pre-sales,sales and after-sales;the service process is the joint participation of all departments, the service runs through the entire process, and it is the quality management of the whole life cycle service.Secondly, based on the National Quality Competitiveness Index, build a quality competitiveness factor system for service-oriented manufacturing enterprises, and use the system dynamics method to establish a quality competitiveness model; After that, combined with the specific data of Company A,the entropy method is used to weight The relationship equation between factors is used to complete the simulation model. Finally,on the basis of verifying the validity of the model,an optimization plan for improving quality competitiveness is designed.Based on the simulation results,a strategy for improving the quality competitiveness of company A is proposed.
