Study On Quality Behavior Of The Sustainable Service-oriented Manufacturing Network Node

Sustainable service-oriented manufacturing network is an emerging of collaborative network driven by service-oriented manufacturing model and sustainable development strategy.The network is characterized by integration,value-added,innovation and sustainability,which can promote the coordinated development of economy,environment and society.Studying the node quality behavior of the sustainable service manufacturing network not only helps enhance the sustainability of the company's service manufacturing network,but also has important implications for the implementation of the country's sustainable development strategy.The study of the paper is mainly divided into three major sections.The first is the study of the selection of node capabilities for sustainable service manufacturing networks.A capability model and evaluation indicator system for sustainable service-oriented manufacturing network nodes have been established,and implemented evaluation of node capability selection.It not only makes the selection of node capabilities of sustainable service manufacturing networks more efficient,but also provides a comprehensive reference for node enterprise capability improvement,and at the same time lays a foundation for node quality cooperation.The second is the study on the quality cooperation of the nodes in the sustainable service manufacturing network.This section mainly proposes a series of models of node quality collaboration based on the three dimensions of economy,environment,and society,discusses the behavioral rules of node quality collaboration,and proposes corresponding cooperation strategies.(1)By constructing an integrated quality innovation collaboration model based on the economic dimension,the integrator module's integrated quality innovation cooperation through the manufacturing +service model to the effectiveness of the network value creation and the improvement of network economic performance is analyzed.(2)By constructing a low-carbon quality co-model based on the environment dimension,the collaborative behavior of integrator module and supplier module for low-carbon quality improvement in different situations is analyzed,and corresponding cooperation measures are proposed which can improve the network's environmental performance.(3)By constructing a service quality transformation model based on the social dimension,the collaborativebehaviors of integrator modules and supplier modules regarding service quality transformation are analyzed,and corresponding cooperation strategies are proposed which can provide suggestion for improving the social performance of the network.The third is a case study of the quality behavior of sustainable service manufacturing network nodes.Through case studies,we explored the effectiveness of BYD's manufacturing+service model for co-creation of network values and achieving economic performance in a sustainable service-oriented manufacturing network led by BYD.At the same time,it analyzes the influence of BYD's green and social responsibility procurement behavior on the supplier module and helps to achieve environmental and social performance.By the study,a framework for the study of the quality behavior of nodes in sustainable service manufacturing networks is preliminarily constructed,which can provide an effective suggesstion for the quality cooperation of nodes.Through the case analysis of BYD's SSMN structure and node's quality behavior,the study has become more practical.It has certain reference value for the development of strategic emerging industries such as new materials,new energy,and new energy vehicles.
