Research On Game Theory And Tactics Of Tacit Knowledge Sharing In Virtual Enterprise

The gradual development of global economic integration intensed the competition among enterprises both at home and abroad. More and more enterprises incline to adopt virtual enterprise production aiming at acquiring more competitive advantages. The virtual enterprise, as a new organizational mode, is accepted and developed both in theory and enterprise circle, wherein, knowledge is the key for virtual enterprises to acquire and maintain competitive advantage. Therefore, one of the important matters of virtual enterprise management is the effective management of the knowledge.During the process of virtual enterprise cooperation, the activities about knowledge penetrate the whole life cycle of the virtual enterprise. The process of virtual enterprise cooperation is in fact a process of knowledge sharing. According to the present degree of knowledge, knowledge can be divided into dominant knowledge and tacit knowledge. Compared with dominant knowledge, tacit knowledge occupys the main body. Therefore, in the virtual enterprise life cycle, tacit knowledge sharing will become the core in virtual enterprise knowledge management, the study on it would creat influential theoretical and practical significance.This paper mainly uses the literature study, firstly defines the relevant concept on the tacit knowledge of virtual enterprise, and conducts a disscussion on the existing research and the problems. Secondly, it carries out a detailed analysis on the basic theoretical foundation of virtual enterprise tacit knowledge. Based on dynamic characteristics, highly individualization of tacit knowledge, and the features of spreading hardly of virtual enterprise, the author summarizes the characteristics, obstacles and values of the tacit knowledge sharing of virtual enterprise. Thirdly, this thesis build game model of virtual enterprise tacit knowledge sharing according to evolutionary game theory, through the game model analysis, it is concluded the influence factors and the positive and negative correlation of sharing efficiency. Finally, according to the analysis on the influential factors of tacit knowledge sharing of virtual enterprise and the research conclusion, put forward the strategies and suggestions on promoting the tacit knowledge sharing of virtual enterprise from the perspective of enterprise culture, information construction, incentive mechanism, sharing costs, etc.By analyzing previously, we expect to improve tacit knowledge sharing efficiency in the process of cooperation among members of the virtual enterprise, in a period of economic globalization and marketization today, to take full advantage of tacit knowledge, and to enhance the competition of the virtual enterprise and its members.
