Research On The Difference Of The Impact Of Technological Innovaton On The Adjustment Of Regional Industrial Structure

The current global industry is extremely fiercely competitive.Although China has all the industrial categories in the UN industry category,many of them do not occupy the core position of the global industrial chain.Promoting its structural adjustment is the key to achieving high-quality development,and the key to industrial structural adjustment lies in technology Innovation.Therefore,this article takes industrial structure adjustment as the research object and takes technological innovation and regional development as the research perspective to discuss the effectiveness of technological innovation in regional industrial structure adjustment,and provides suggestions for improving the overall and regional industrial structure adjustment level in our country.This article reviews the related research,defines the connotation of the research object and combs the relevant theories,analyzes the mechanism of technological innovation acting on the adjustment of the industry to reasonable and advanced,and forms the theoretical analysis framework of this article.After the completion of variable design and model establishment,the data of 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions from 1999 to 2017 were used to make a basic evaluation of the current industrial structure of each province.The panel vector autoregressive model has been applied in China as a whole and in the eastern,central and western area.The comparison results have drawn conclusions: in the rational adjustment of the industrial structure from 1999 to 2017,the overall role of China's technological innovation is not obvious.Only the eastern region with a higher level of rationalization has a significant role in technology introduction.It seems that technological innovation can only play a role when the level of rationalization reaches a certain threshold;however,the effect of technological innovation on the advanced adjustment of the industrial structure here is obvious.The short time lag of imitation innovation has a significant effect on China as a whole,but it is not significant in specific regions;it is expected that in the next period of time,the key technological innovation path for the rationalization of China's industrial structure is imitation innovation and technology introduction,which can significantly promote the rationalization of the industrial structure in the eastern and central regions,imitative innovation has a stronger effect on the eastern region and a weaker effect on the central region;independent innovation is expected to significantly promote the advanced industrial structure in the eastern and central regions,technology introduction and imitative innovation in the short term promote the advancement of the western region and promote the adjustment of the advanced region of the central region after a long lag period.Finally,it puts forward policy recommendations based on the conclusions: according to the actual development situation of the region,the priority is to choose the rationalization or advanced development of the industrial structure;focus on the construction of technological innovation infrastructure to narrow the regional gap;enhance the strength of basic research and accelerate the application of scientific and technological achievements;choose appropriate technological progress path,develop advantageous industries according to local conditions.
