| "Changzhutan Urban Agglomeration Regional Planning" pointed out that it is necessary to build the Changzhutan District into a central innovation-driven pilot area and drive the development of neighboring areas.Therefore,improving the knowledge innovation capability of the Changzhutan region to enhance its innovation driving ability is not only an important breakthrough in the development concept of regional knowledge innovation,but also a practical choice to promote the development of the central region and narrow the regional economic differences.The innovation activities within the region refer to the sum of different innovation subjects and their innovation behavior within the region.Therefore,an in-depth understanding and objective evaluation of the knowledge innovation capabilities of the three cities of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan can more reasonably coordinate Changzhutan Innovate resources within the region to improve regional knowledge innovation capabilities.As the world's largest knowledge information database,the patent database has made a great contribution to knowledge innovation.The absolute quantity index and quality index of patents are important reference indexes for judging the level of knowledge innovation ability of a country or region.The research results can find the current problems in the development of knowledge innovation in the region and can make reasonable suggestions accordingly.Studying the regional patent level is of great significance for evaluating the knowledge innovation capability of Changzhutan area.This article first sorts out patent indexes such as the number of patent applications,the number of authorized patents,the number of valid patents,and the number of pct patents in the three cities of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Tan from 2000 to2018 through the relevant national statistical yearbooks and relevant data released by the Patent Office.Fully understand the current status of the development of patents in the Changzhutan area as a whole and the constituent cities and make reasonable predictions on their development trends.Taking the difference in the level of knowledge innovation among cities as the starting point,by establishing a knowledge innovation evaluation index system from the perspective of patents,the basic principles of conciseness,objectivity,practicality and operability are divided into patent application categories and patent authorization categories.,Four first-level indicators of effective inventions,patent input and output,and 18 second-levelindicators related to patents,use factor analysis to build a model for a comprehensive analysis of 14 prefectures and cities in Hunan Province,and then score from the factors Evaluate and analyze the knowledge innovation capabilities of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan,extract four types of innovation factors,briefly analyze the development status of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan in different aspects of knowledge innovation,and discuss the three cities encountered in the development of knowledge innovation Provide practical solutions to practical problems.Through the above step-by-step comprehensive analysis,on the one hand,different development strategies can be formulated according to the actual development situation,and the internal collaborative knowledge innovation development model of Changzhutan can be further optimized.On the other hand,from the perspective of the overall Changzhutan area,we can formulate long-term goals for reasonable patent innovation development,collate and summarize knowledge innovation development experience,guide the development of knowledge innovation in the three cities,and create a Changzhutan innovation demonstration zone. |
