Empirical Study On The Development Path Of Anxi Tea Industry Ecosystem

In recent years,the process of economic globalization has been accelerating.This is reflected in the integration of interests between different industries and different industries,and the establishment of a community of fate in various industries.On the other hand,all walks of life are constantly undergoing transformation and upgrading to make them ecological and the development of sustainability has prompted research on the ecosphere to gradually become a research hotspot.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the village revitalization strategy was first proposed.Anxi achieved remarkable results in the development of the tea industry,but there were still some problems in the development process.The co-evolution of the tea industry ecosystem provided a solution to the revitalization of the tea industry in Anxi.The co-evolution of the tea industry ecosystem is of great significance for Anxi to expand the tea industry and enhance its competitiveness.In this context,this article explores the factors that influence the co-evolution of the Anxi tea industry ecosystem to provide the government and tea companies with an optimized path to promote the development of the Anxi tea industry.In this paper,by analyzing the development status of Anxi teaindustry,theoretically sorting out the relevant documents of the ecological circle and drawing on the previous research results,the innovation ability,consumer demand,consumer demand,four latent variables of financial services and platform services,and a latent variable of symbiosis within the ecosystem,establish a causal relationship based on relevant theories,form a conceptual model of structural equations,design an initial measurement scale based on the model,and modify the questionnaire according to expert suggestions to form a formal questionnaire and obtain the research data of this article.Empirical analysis and testing in the later stage,with the help of SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 software for descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis,model fitting,model path correction,and hypothesis testing to obtain empirical analysis.As a result,5 of the 7 hypotheses in this study passed the test,the hypothesis was established,and the remaining 2 hypotheses failed.The main conclusion is: in the tea industry ecosystem,innovation capabilities and consumer demand have a significant positive impact on the co-evolution of the ecosystem,symbiosis has a significant positive impact on the co-evolution of the ecosystem,financial services,platform services.There is no direct effect on the co-evolution of the ecosystem,but it has an impact on the development of the co-evolution of the ecosystem by affecting thesymbiosis of the ecosystem.Between evolution plays a complete intermediary role.In this paper,the countermeasures for improving the development path of the Anxi tea industry ecosystem include the following three paths:(1)From the perspective of the development path of the tea industry ecosystem producers,first of all,the enterprise dimension should increase investment in science and technology and improve innovation capabilities;The "niche" in the ecosystem.Secondly,universities and scientific research institutions should formulate a professional talent construction system to reserve reserve forces for the ecosphere;accelerate the transformation of achievements.(2)From the perspective of the development path of consumers in the tea industry ecosystem,we must pay attention to consumer demand,collect demand information,and meet consumer demand preferences.(3)From the perspective of the development path of the tea industry ecosystem decomposer,the government dimension should strengthen the top-level design and formulate strategic guidelines for the development of the tea industry ecosystem;improve infrastructure construction and lay a solid foundation for the ecosystem;support related industries development and improvement of related supporting industries and facilities.The dimensions of the tea association should formulate industry standards,regulate the behavior of member companies,and provide various services.The dimension of financial institutions should increase the service of banks to tea enterprises,and guarantee institutions should actively provide risk guarantees.
