With the steady and further development of the domestic social economy,the rural economy and rural per capita consumption capacity have gradually improved.People gradually realize that while developing modern logistics,they must pay more attention to the development of rural logistics.At present,China's grain production,oil production and vegetable production are all in the forefront of the world,but the development rate of rural logistics in China is still slightly insufficient compared with foreign countries.Increasing the development level of domestic rural logistics can also promote the development of rural economy.Therefore,domestic rural logistics construction is in a critical period.How to effectively improve the development potential and speed of rural logistics has become a top priority.In the process of developing and building rural logistics,it will also provide new jobs for people in the region.Opportunity to solve the problem of rural employment difficulties to a certain extent and increase the income of residents in rural areas.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to evaluate rural logistics and propose corresponding development strategies.The paper takes Anhui Province as an example,and collects data from the transportation bureaus,supply and marketing cooperatives,post offices,and commercial bureaus of cities and counties in Anhui Province,and analyzes the development status of rural logistics in Anhui Province from a macro perspective,which has an impact on rural logistics in Anhui Province.Analyze the development factors and put forward development strategies.The first is to explain the principles of rural logistics and analyze the current situation of rural logistics development.The field survey data is used to describe and summarize the development status of rural logistics in Anhui Province.Then based on the principle of SWOT analysis,the rural logistics in Anhui Province The advantages and disadvantages of the paper were elaborated.According to the principle of index selection and random forest algorithm,14 evaluation indexes were screened out from five aspects,and an evaluation index system for the development level of modern rural logistics in Anhui Province was constructed.The 14 indexes were analyzed using principal component analysis The weighting coefficients of the system were calculated.Finally,the factor analysis method and gray clustering method were used to evaluate the development level of rural logistics in 16 cities in Anhui Province.By comparing and analyzing the evaluation results of the two methods,the rural logistics was summarized.The reasons for the differences in development levels.Finally,based on the advantages and disadvantages of Anhui Province's rural logistics and the evaluation results of examples,it proposes development countermeasures for the deficiencies of Anhui's rural logistics.
