Since the reform and opening up,in promoting the reform of the circulation system and the opening to the outside world,China retail industry after 30 years of development,has made remarkable achievements,since the entry into WTO,opening of China's retail market,which also makes the foreign retail enterprises to enter China,which makes China's retail industry will faced with more fierce international competition.The sunshine in retail industry,especially the supermarket industry has to change the mode of operation in order to survive and development of the mark,who took the lead in innovation development strategy,who will be able to further grasp the consumer demand,in order to win favorable position in market competition,and finally realize their upward development.Therefore,the development strategy of this paper will sort out the sunshine YZ supermarket,on the basis of relevant theory on the analysis and summarized so as to provide reference for its development,and also for development of local small and medium-sized supermarkets and other new entrants to provide experience and reference ideas.In this paper,the definition and development of strategy,related theories of strategic management,basic competition strategy paradigm and relevant theoretical tools are studied in depth.By using PEST analysis method and Michael Porter's “Five Forces Model” for the external development environment of Rizhao YZ Supermarket.The development environment of the industry and the development history of Rizhao YZ Supermarket and the internal organizational structure,human resources,financial management,and corporate culture,etc.conducted a comprehensive analysis to clarify the company's development vision and goals,and researched and proposed Rizhao YZ supermarket online and offline marketing.Integration strategy,product cost leadership strategy,customer service differentiation strategy,brand image differentiation strategy.At the same time,in order to ensure the implementation of the development strategy of the Rizhao YZ supermarket,research has proposed safeguards such as optimizing the company's organizational structure,cultivating a professional talent team,building a modern information system,and optimizing the logistics distribution model.
