In recent years,with the continuous advancement of comprehensive deepening reforms,a new wave of reform of state-owned enterprises has also come.State-owned enterprises must not only complete the strategic mission entrusted by the government,but also complete the goal of market-oriented reform,and how to use performance management to guide the reform of state-owned enterprises.Without deviation,it has become a key node in this round of reforms.Among them,the government-guided fund management companies,which have emerged as new things in recent years,must not only use market-based measures to ensure the value-added and value preservation of state-owned assets,but also guide social capital to the financial and real economy that are most needed in local economic and social development.Its main strategic goal is As the target customer group grows and develops,it still lacks a mature performance management system adapted to the mission of the company to guide its operations.This thesis takes the JK Group of Weifang City as the research object.The group is the municipal government guiding fund management company.Starting from the performance management system based on strategic objectives,the current performance management system of JK Group in Weifang City was analyzed and an optimized design proposal was put forward.The balanced scorecard,key performance indicator method,360-degree assessment method,and qualitative and quantitative assessment were used.Methods,etc.,to re-optimize the JK Group's performance evaluation index system.Firstly,the method of questionnaire survey and literature survey combined to conduct a more accurate investigation and analysis of the performance management status of JK Group in Weifang City,which is convenient for remedying the disease and laying the foundation for solving problems.Second,the abstract group strategy is specifically group-level key performance indicators,which are broken down into departments and positions,and the close integration of the performance management system with the group's strategic goals is basically achieved.Thirdly,the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,such as analytic hierarchy process and multiple weighted method,achieves the combination of qualitative and quantitative indicators of performance.Finally,a PDCA cycle system for performance management was established to achieve true performance management.At the same time,it focused on improving the performance management security system,starting with the management philosophy,operating mechanism,employee motivation and information technology,and establishing a comprehensive and feasible performance management guarantee.mechanism.This paper closely combines the strategic objectives and company mission of JK Group in Weifang City,and closely follows the special reality of government-guided funds to serve economic and social development in urgent need of the industry.It basically builds a complete and effective performance management process for the Group,and realizes the Group's strategic objectives to departmental performance.Job performance conversion.At the same time,it can also provide some reference for such companies.
