With the rapid development of economic globalization, more and more domestic businesses have begun to realize, if they want to survive better and have a larger space for their development in the fierce market competition, it is crucial for them to adapt to the increasingly complex international and domestic environment, constantly adjust the strategies of enterprise development and fully implement the dynamic development model. The problem of how to improve the performance through modern business management practices has caused wide attention. Strategic performance management based on the balanced scorecard combines corporate strategy with business performance management effectively, focuses on the market situation of business, current management and future development goals of the enterprises, makes the detailed analysis on corporate strategy and business performance management effectively. Therefore, integrating the balanced scorecard approach into the enterprise strategic decision can depict the actual situation of the enterprise development and provide a solid theory and practice basis for enterprise to make future strategy, to enable enterprises to achieve better and faster development.The article begins with the discussion about Balanced Scorecard theory and construct strategic performance evaluation model through applying balanced scorecard. Firstly, the paper describes systematically the background and significance of the research of strategic performance evaluation based on the Balanced Scorecard, the current research at home and abroad, the research contents and methods, innovation points and difficulties etc. Secondly, it studies the basic theories related to the research in my paper, such as:the theory of strategic performance management, Balanced Scorecard, analytical hierarchy process. Then, it analyzes the actual situation of strategic performance appraisal of D company. It also points out concrete evaluation index of strategic performance examination considering comprehensively D company and then design a practical evaluation system; finally, according to the actual situation of strategic performance appraisal of D company and put forward the corresponding strategies. The strategic performance appraisal for D company in this research,which has better completeness and the scientific practice, can better guide the practical work of D company.
