As an important tool for improving the performance of companies and employees,performance evaluation is playing an increasingly important role in the healthy and sustainable development of the company.Its importance and necessity have been widely accepted.Many companies have actively explored and it has played an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.However,in our country,performance evaluation always becomes a mere formality;most of them are evaluated afterwards,which have not really played an important role.,Human resources management has received more attention with the increasingly fierce competition for talents.The single performance evaluation index system and relatively fuzzy evaluation standard had not meet the needs of current competition,so,how to construct an effective performance evaluation index system scientifically has become one of the enterprise management issues that need to be solved urgently.Therefore,this paper combines theoretical research with the employee performance evaluation index system of the management department of Research Institute A,starting from the theoretical interpretation,taking the employee of management department A as the research object and raising questions on the basis of the research and analysis of past performance evaluation methods.The difficulties,emphases and problems of the performance evaluation of the management personnel of institute A are summarized and analyzed.Firstly,the model for the competence of employees in the management department was established,and then the AHP was used.Furthermore,the analysis and calculation of each element are carried out in order to determine the weight of each index in the performance evaluation index system,which proposes new ideas for the establishment and improvement of the new evaluation indicator system.This paper hopes to provide some ideas for establishing an effective performance management system of Research Institute A through the research on the performance evaluation index system of the management department of Research Institute A,as well as providing support for the strategic transformation of Research Institute A.
