WLT Performance Evaluation Index System Analysis And Optimization

Performance evaluation system is one of the most important management tools of company, to fulfill the company strategy targets, the effective performance management is quite helpful and crucial.As the foundation and core content of performance evaluation system, the performance evaluation index is one important part, which is the essential condition for the performance management implementation.In this paper, I first introduce the performance evaluation theories, framework and development history, describe the methods of performance evaluation, and summary current research of performance management in abroad and domestics. And then, the theory and the practice, with case study, to analysis WLT performance evaluation index system and make optimizing. The specific contents include:first, the description of current situation of WLT performance evaluation index system, analysis and figure out the main problems, second, based on SWOT and value chain analysis, explain the way to update WLT performance evaluation index system, to use of balanced scored card (BSC), from the perspectives of financial, customer, internal process, learning and growth, third, the use of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), finish the quantitative analysis on WLT performance evaluation index system, and presentation of actual result of new index system practice from four point of view:financial, customer, internal process, learning and growth.In this paper, the research conclusions are helpful for us to study the actual situations of middle or small size enterprises performance management, provide evidence supporting or suggestions for the related enterprises to setup or update performance index system, improve performance management efficiency, and fulfill the target of sustainable development.
