Research On The Evaluation Of Innovation Ability Of Agricultural Science And Technology Park In Jilin Province

In order to promote the development of agricultural and rural modernization and enhance the international competitiveness of China's agriculture,the Party Central Committee and the State Council put forward a series of important measures.As a new type of agricultural organization,the agricultural science and technology park not only effectively connects agricultural enterprises,science and technology experts,and farmers,but also helps to promote the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements,and plays a good role in demonstrating the local agricultural science and technology achievements,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industrialization in China.Therefore,the construction of the national agricultural science and technology park is an urgent need to adapt to the rapid development of agricultural science and technology in China.Based on the demand of agricultural modernization development strategy for agricultural science and technology park(hereinafter referred to as "Park")in the new era,combined with the actual situation of Jilin park innovation capacity,this paper selects five national agricultural science and technology parks in Jilin province that have been built for more than 3 years,and constructs Jilin agricultural science and technology park innovation ability evaluation system.The index system of innovation ability evaluation,which uses the method of AHP and TOPSIS to summarize the relevant index data obtained from the field survey,evaluates and analyzes the innovation ability of agricultural science and technology park in Jilin Province from three levels of innovation support,innovation level and innovation performance,and the results show the differences between the innovation ability of the five areas in Jilin Province.Obviously,Tonghua park has strong innovation ability,and Baishan park has the weakest innovation ability.After comparing the scores of each subdivision index of the park,it is further found that except Tonghua Park and Gongzhuling Park,the innovation ability of other parks is not high and there is "partial discipline phenomenon".The main factors that lead to the overall situation of the innovation ability of the park are insufficient innovation investment,weak innovation support force and imperfect investment and financing mechanism.All of above,through the evaluation and analysis of the innovation ability of the agricultural science and technology park of Jilin Province,and in combination with the existing national conditions and relevant policies of China,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on improving the innovation ability of the agricultural science and technology park of Jilin Province.
