An Analysis Of Supplyment And Substitution Effect Between Poverty Reduction Factors Based On Multidimensional Poverty Theory

To carry out precise poverty alleviation projects,pay more attention to the precise identification of the causes of poverty of the poor groups.At present,the expression of Multidimensional Poverty Theory of the causes of poverty has been widely used in academic circles.The theory of Multidimensional Poverty is concerned about the lack of welfare in many aspects,such as life,education and health,caused by the lack of ability.In the course of academic research,we need to assign each dimension to the weight,so that the analysis process is simplified and clear.In the case of no unified conclusion on the allocation of dimension weight in academic circles,scholars generally use the assumption of dimension weight.When the Multidimensional Poverty Theory is applied to the study of poverty reduction,three facts can be reflected from the assumption of dimension weight allocation.First,there is a correlation between the factors of multidimensional poverty reduction.Second,the poverty reduction factor is a complementary relationship,that is to say,the improvement of the situation of a certain poverty factor can reduce the overall poverty.Third,the correlation between the poverty reduction factors affects the results of poverty reduction.However,there is a complex correlation between poverty reduction factors.The existing scholars assume that the complementarity between multidimensional poverty reduction factors ignores the interaction and change of factors under specific conditions.That is,there is not only the complementary relationship between the poverty reduction factors,but also the alternative relations that counteract each other,which will greatly affect the results of poverty reduction.This paper first clarified the research context of poverty and anti poverty theory,and then based on the theory of Multidimensional Poverty,we discussed the complementarysubstitution relationship between the multidimensional poverty reduction factors,and then the complementary substitution effect exerts different changes and impacts on the poverty reduction effect.In the concrete analysis,and through the summary of the literature,the Multidimensional Poverty and anti poverty dimensions: level of education,housing,land development,spirit,health,choose some indicators of the measure,each dimension of the measurement results of the research and the concept of the spirit of science the academic community is less,this paper uses the method of Likert scale and factor analysis to measure the dimensions of the spirit.After determining the dimension and index system,10 poor villages in Ningxia Zhongwei and Wuzhong City were selected as data collection area,and 329 sample data were obtained by questionnaire.Then,the scholars widely used "AF" method to measure the existence of Multidimensional Poverty of farmers,in order to determine the suitability of the multidimensional reduction and need of the poor,using Li to study the capital between complementary and alternative relationship between social adaptability and influence on the regression analysis to identify the multidimensional poverty reduction factors are complementary-alternative,select a strong complementary poverty reduction factor,and explain the strong complementary choice of complementary factor substitution between the poor.On this basis,the construction of the model proves that the complementary substitution relationship between the poverty reduction factors will promote or offset the poverty reduction results,which complements the shortcomings of the existing research.Finally,the results of the analysis on the basis of summing up,the Chinese Poverty Reduction Practice-complementary substitution effect of the play,and then draw the conclusion that there is a complementary alternative-poverty reduction factor between the complementary poverty reduction factor can promote the improvement of other poverty reduction factor,plays a role for the generation of poverty reduction,poverty reduction the factor is easy to produce negative incentives for other poverty reduction factor improved,reducing the poverty reduction effect or cause deeper poverty.The breakthrough point of poverty alleviation should be concentrated on the improvement of the strong complementarityfactors.In order to improve the poverty of farmers,the government and social groups should first identify the complementary relationship between the poverty reduction factors,and then choose to complement each other.
