From the perspective of multidimensional poverty, This paper studys strands ofmultidimensional poverty to clarify a series of problems from the concept andmeasurment of multidimensional poverty, to more refine and deepen the research thepoverty of the continuous strands, and determine most needy area related dimensions ofpoverty, poor body multidimensional perspective, and multidimensional povertymeasure,which can guide most needy area poverty reduction policy.However,Continuous strands of poverty reduction need to cover all aspects of social undertakings,from economic development, welfare and infrastructure to ecological construction, theimplementation of specific measures,such as energy conservation, environmentalprotection, is not a single run independently, but connects with each other, theimplementation need to be studied with the help of multidimensional poverty measureand the spatial distribution to refine and deepen strands of poverty reduction policy.This paper revolves around Gao Ping township multidimensional poverty andcomprehensive management, the paper divides into two modules: the related study ofmultidimensional poverty at home and abroad and specific measures of township GaoPing multidimensional poverty policy governance research, the paper includes fivechapters. The first chapter: introduction. Briefly describes the research background ofthis paper, the selected topic significance, the domestic and foreign research status,research ideas and methods, and put forward in this paper, the innovation and deficiency.The second chapter: the multidimensional poverty and comprehensive research andtheoretical basis. The origin of poverty theory, multi-dimensional definition of povertyand multidimensional poverty measure, the theory of multidimensional poverty measuresystem, as well as comprehensive control of poverty at home and abroad a briefoverview of research related theory, and briefly expounds national poverty reductionpolicy and project implementation effect evaluation. The third chapter: Gao Pingtownship multidimensional poverty measurement and spatial distribution characteristics.On multidimensional poverty of the existing evaluation index system and evaluationmethod to do a brief review, based on the experience and enlightenment, according tothe principle of building index, determine the comprehensive evaluation method ofscience, in Wuling Mountain multi-angle analysis about the extremely poor spatial pingtownship of poverty, Gao Ping poverty spatial distribution characteristics of thetownship. The fourth chapter: Gao Ping township existing poverty reduction policy andproject implementation effect evaluation. Briefly expounds Gao Ping township existingpoverty reduction policy and after the implementation of poverty reduction effect onpoverty reduction project effect evaluation. The fifth chapter: Gao Ping townshipmultidimensional poverty integrated management ideas and Suggestions. General most needy area spatial distribution features of multidimensional poverty and comprehensiveway, and according to the result of empirical analysis, aiming at the problems Gao Pingtownship existing poverty reduction policy, puts forward some ideas of perfecting GaoPing rural poverty reduction policy and feasible countermeasures and Suggestions,provide the reference for the related departments.This paper, based on the reference of the existing research results, focuses ontheory with practice, pays attention to the combination of qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis, normative analysis and empirical analysis. On continuous strandsdistrict and township Gao Ping qualitative description, with the aid of politics, regionaleconomics, economic geography, econometrics and other multi-disciplinary tool, usingthe method of measuring tool, township Gao Ping multidimensional poverty andcomprehensive governance as a comprehensive, scientific and systematic evaluationanalysis, spatial characteristics analysis, and project implementation effect evaluation.
