With the enterprise technology innovation,brand building and mergers and reorganizations,many excellent enterprises keep emerging.These enterprises have become the core enterprises with considerable voice in the division of labor in the world-class supply chain.The premise for enterprises to achieve leapfrog development and remain invincible in the market competition is the improvement of the overall operation efficiency of the supply chain with their core.However,the capital shortage and financing difficulty faced by SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises)in the supply chain will bring negative impact on the overall operation of the supply chain.Under the background of continuous progress of supply chain management theory and financing service of financial institutions,supply chain financing came into being.The emergence of supply chain financing,a new financing mode,has brought great benefits to large core enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises and financial institutions.With the advantages of Internet information technology automation and specialized analysis,the supply chain financing led by core enterprises forms a supplement to the supply chain financing services led by commercial banks and has positive significance for the development of supply chain financing.G company is a well-known domestic integrated lighting enterprise,which is located in the relatively core position of the lighting industry supply chain.In order to cope with the intensified competition in the lighting industry,G company continuously strengthens the importance of supply chain management and starts to use supply chain financing projects to inject financial vitality into the small and medium-sized enterprises in the upstream and downstream of its supply chain.This paper studies the supply chain financing case implemented by the core enterprise G company and gets the enlightenment: supply chain financing not only alleviates the financing constraints of the upstream and downstream supporting enterprises,but also promotes the optimization of the capital turnover,financing cost and operating performance of the coreenterprises,so as to achieve a win-win situation with the upstream and downstream cooperative members of the supply chain;The leading role of core enterprises is the basis of supply chain financing operation.According to the actual situation of the supply chain,the core enterprises choose the appropriate supply chain financing mode and use the automated supply chain financing information sharing platform,which saves the cost of supply chain financing and improves the financing efficiency.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,the enthusiasm and participation degree of core enterprises into supply chain financing can be improved,and it can provide valuable experience for other enterprises to carry out supply chain financing projects in the future.At present,domestic research in the field of supply chain financing focus more on the risk control in bank financial services and the solution of financing problems for small and medium-sized enterprises.There is little research from the perspective of core enterprises.This paper firstly introduces the concepts and theoretical basis of supply chain financing led by core enterprises,and then elaborates the background,implementation process and specific mode of supply chain financing of core enterprise G.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the implementation motivation of G company and evaluates the benefit contribution of G company's supply chain financing to itself and upstream and downstream enterprises.Finally,based on the previous analysis,this paper summarizes the experience and inspiration of the supply chain financing case led by G company and puts forward optimization suggestions for subsequent implementation.
