Research On The Patent Evaluation Process Of NE Company

NE company is composed of four independent legal entities and independent accounting state-owned military enterprises.It is a specialized and group enterprise specializing in R & D and production of ground equipment power system.At present,the number of patents,the degree of application of patents,and the layout of patents have become an important manifestation of the core competitiveness of an enterprise.Through the sustainable development of intellectual property rights,enterprises will take the advantage in industrial competition.It is an important strategy adopted by famous enterprises in scientific research,production and operation.This article focuses on the patent application,the maintenance and abandonment of the patent right,the patent license,the transfer,the assignee,the maintenance and abandonment of the technical secrets,and the evaluation of the patent under the different evaluation purposes.Through the study of literature,the collection of indicators and the consultation of experts,we focus on the role,weight and influencing factors of the related indexes of patent evaluation,and build a set of reasonable and operable evaluation methods or processes.The evaluation results can be directly used to guide the enterprise to judge the individual patent or the value of the patent package.This will provide decision support for the maintenance and abandonment of patents and the realization of the value of patent circulation in the future.At the same time,this method can be used for reference in comparison of schemes,evaluation of scientific and technological achievements,resource planning and analysis,and personnel quality assessment of enterprises.
