Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Patent Value From Industry Perspective

With the impact of economic globalizat ion, intellectual property rights have become the key elements of technological advantage, and gradually transformed into an indispensable strategic resource. Patent intellectual property rights as a most representative of intangible assets, play an important role in promoting the development of industrial economy, technology innovation, protection of industrial competit ive advantage and so on.The value of patent is the precondition of the positive role in industrial development, market norms play, therefore how to effectively ident ify the high value of the patent has become the hot topic of recent study. Industry of our country is mainly the manufacturing sector, industrial independent innovation ability is poor, which resulted in the low competitiveness of products, in the competition are often at a disadvantage. With the proposed the strategic goal of China to be an innovat ive country, patent is becoming more and more important in promoting independent innovat ion of industry, accelerate upgrading of industrial structure, promote the increase of industrial economy, but we found that the research on the patent value of different industries is less and less.Therefore, through the detailed analysis of patent and patent value evaluat ion index system of industry theory, based on industrial value difference index to explain the differences of patent in industry,oriented different industry patent value evaluation index system is constructed from three aspects,legal characteristics, technical characteristics and economic characteristics. The system includes 3 first grade indexes, 6 second grade indexes and 18 three indicators, using AHP analysis method to determine the weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluat ion method to construct a fuzzy evaluation model, finally carries out the analysis of the facility agr iculture industry patent situation, and by drawing randomly selected 10 pieces of patent evaluation and analysis, the author concluded the shortcomings and deficiencies of the facility agriculture industry patent, at the end of this paper the author gives some suggestions, wish to provide r eference for the rational evaluat ion of patent value of different industries.
