Study On The Influence Of Agricultural Mechanization Development On Farmers' Income In Jilin Province

As an important grain producing area,Jilin Province has superior regional conditions and policies to promote the development of agricultural mechanization.In recent years,the economy of Jilin Province has been growing steadily.In 2018,the GDP of Jilin Province reached 150.7462 billion yuan,an increase of 1.34% over the previous year.In 2017,the total power of agricultural machinery in Jilin Province was 31.021 million kilowatts,with a total of 7.496 million agricultural machinery,including 1.454 million tractors,combine harvesters and other large agricultural machinery.The cultivated area of agricultural machinery operation is 5029.1 thousand hectares,accounting for 81.1% of the cultivated area,the mechanical harvesting area is 35856000 hectares,accounting for 57.8% of the sown area,and the mechanical sown area is 52303000 hectares,accounting for 84.3% of the sowed area.Meanwhile,in 2017,the per capita disposable income of rural residents in Jilin Province was 12950.44 yuan,including wage income of 3018.33 yuan,net operating income of 7399.82 yuan,net property income of 289.07 yuan and net transfer income of 2243.21 yuan.The per capita disposable income of rural residents in Jilin Province is mainly net operating income and wage income,among which the first industry has the highest operating income.In 2017,the per capita disposable income of rural residents in Jilin Province reached 5981.21 yuan in terms of agriculture,380.11 yuan in terms of forestry,651.31 yuan in terms of animal husbandry,and only 4.49 yuan in terms of fishery,with wage income accounting for the second place.It can be seen that agriculture is the most important economic source of per capita disposable income of rural residents in Jilin Province.The development of agriculture in Jilin province plays an important role in improving the economic level of rural residents in Jilin Province.Promoting agricultural modernization is an important way to promote agricultural development,and agricultural mechanization is an important means to achieve agricultural modernization.Therefore,this paper studies the relationship between the development of agricultural mechanization and the income of rural residents in Jilin Province.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects: first of all,through the analysis of the regional conditions,the development process of Agricultural Mechanization in Jilin Province,combined with the development scale,development structure and operation level of Agricultural Mechanization in Jilin Province,the reality of sustainable development of Agricultural Mechanization in Jilin Province is analyzed.Secondly,it analyzes the basic income of rural residents in Jilin Province,starting from the four main sources of farmers' income in Jilin Province,mainly including wage income,family operating income,property income and transfer income.Thirdly,the mechanism between the level of agricultural mechanization and the income of farmers in Jilin Province is analyzed.For Jilin Province,agricultural mechanization can effectively promote the increase of the income level of rural residents in Jilin Province,but there are differences in the specific income sources.For the agricultural income of rural residents in Jilin Province,the improvement of mechanization level can effectively promote the increase of rural residents' agricultural income,but when mechanization develops to a certain extent,agricultural mechanization replaces the original agricultural labor force,resulting in the decrease of rural residents' agricultural income.The rural surplus labor force promotes the growth of wage income through migrant work,so for the non-agricultural income,the development of agricultural mechanization has always maintained a positive growth relationship with the non-agricultural income.Fourth,through the empirical model to verify the relationship between agricultural mechanization and farmers' income in Jilin Province,the results are consistent with the above results.Finally,according to the research results,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Jilin Province and the increase of farmers' income,mainly including: strengthening the scale development of agricultural production,improving the utilization level of agricultural machinery;optimizing the policy of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy;broadening the financing channel of agricultural machinery purchase;strengthening the talent management,promoting the improvement of agricultural machinery science and technology level.
