Study On The Impact Of Agricultural Land Transfer On Farmers’ Income In Jilin Province

The "Agriculture,rural areas and farmers" issue has always been a concern in my country,and promoting farmers’ income has become the key to solving the "Agriculture,rural areas and farmers" issue.Since the reform and opening up,although the development of rural economy has been greatly improved,it has also exposed the problems of scattered management of farmland,abandoned farmland,low utilization rate of farmland resources,and low content of agricultural science and technology.a big hindrance.As an important commercial grain production base in China,Jilin Province has always been in the process of exploring the confirmation of rural land rights,the transfer of rural land contractual management rights and the establishment of a tangible market for the transfer of agricultural land.In order to meet the needs of marketization,Jilin Province has gradually expanded the scale of farmland circulation,but there are still many problems in building a farmland circulation trading market and improving related systems,which at the same time restrict the increase of farmers’ income.Therefore,it is imperative to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation of farmland transfer and farmers’ income in Jilin Province,aiming to increase farmers’ income and explore the innovative system of farmland transfer and farmers’ income in Jilin Province.The content of the thesis is based on the rural land transfer scale and income profile of Jilin Province as the main research basis,using multiple linear regression analysis method,using a large number of field survey data analysis,to systematically study the impact of rural land transfer scale on income in Jilin Province,and empirical research.The degree of its influence,comprehensively examines the effect of the scale of rural land transfer in different regions on the income,and explores the effect of the farm land transfer households on the income of farmers.According to the research results,compared with the farmers who did not participate in the transfer of farmland,the total income of the farmers who participated in the transfer would be increased.From the perspective of farmland transfer to households,the area of farmland transfer increases and the scale of farmland contracting expands,thereby increasing household business income,and the increase in household business income drives the growth of the total income of farmers.From the perspective of rural land transfer households,the transfer of agricultural land can obtain more time and energy to invest in non-agricultural work,and play a role in promoting farmers’ income by increasing wage income and property income.In addition,from the perspective of the scale of farmland transfer,the number of years of farmland transfer,and the number of years of education of the head of the household,all have a positive impact on the total income of farmers,but the age group of the head of the household has a negative impact on the total income of farmers.The scale of the transfer and the years of education of the head of the household have a positive impact on the total income of the farmer,while the age of the head of the household has a negative impact on the total income of the farmer,and the type of farmer has an impact on the total income of the farmer.By participating in non-agricultural work,the wage income of farmers is increased,thereby increasing the total income of farmers.Based on the research results,the following countermeasures and suggestions are drawn:(1)Focus on improving the comprehensive quality of farmers and broaden the employment channels of labor force.(2)Scientifically guide the form of farmland transfer and improve the standardization level of the transfer market.(3)Strengthen the publicity and guidance of local governments and create a healthy and reasonable circulation environment.It is of great significance to improve the rural land transfer system in Jilin Province,to promote the establishment of rural land transfer markets in Changchun City and Jilin City,and to increase farmers’ income.
