With the continuous progress of China's society,the domestic economy has also been rapid development,China's urban building scale is expanding,and the building is getting higher and higher,building fires are also occurring frequently,therefore,the automatic fire alarm system is widely used in the building fire prevention system.Under the continuous deepening of China's policies,the national awareness of fire safety is increasingly strong,and the development trend of fire alarm industry is also a good one.In order to become a qualified fire company,we must meet the stringent conditions,and the homogenization of products in the same industry is serious.In the competitive market environment,fire enterprises should not only do a good job in product marketing,but also in order to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper takes the actual operating situation of Y company as the research object for a comprehensive analysis,and then optimizes the marketing channel of the company's fire automatic alarm system.Firstly,this paper expounds the definition and structure of marketing channel.On this basis,the function and design principles of marketing channels are introduced,including the optimization and expansion of marketing channels,to provide theoretical basis for the further study of this paper.Secondly,the marketing measures of Y company's fire protection products are studied and analyzed.Starting from the macro environment and micro environment,the development of Y company is summarized through SWOT.From this,the basic status of marketing channels of Y company's automatic fire alarm system is introduced,and the main problems existing in the marketing process of Y company's automatic fire alarm system are explored from the perspectives of Y company's management structure,member selection and management measures.Finally in the automatic fire alarm system of Y company marketing channels based on the analysis of the problems,this paper expounds the optimization principles of marketing channels,from optimization of incentive management optimization,the members of the management,conflict management,optimization and the optimization of the four aspects of other more targeted put forward the improvement measures of marketing channel,and proposed the implementation of safeguards.The study found that the management system of any company is not immutable,and it needs to make timely improvement according to the changes of the internal and external environment of the company.
