"Half" of the enterprise is marketing, marketing should be the focus, the focus of marketing channel and implement the marketing. In today’s Internet age, the traditional single enterprise marketing channel has not completely adapt to the enterprise development. Enterprises in order to get stable rapid development must be followed the development of the society, change the original marketing channels or marketing model.In this paper to the gulf security technology co., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as the GST company) as the research object, through literature research, comparative analysis and other research methods, analysis of enterprise internal and external marketing environment, further defined the company should optimize the existing marketing channels, improve product market share and achieve sustainable development.First, introduces the theory of marketing channel, contain the connotation of marketing channel, the design, the classification, structure, etc. For the analysis of the existing situation GST company marketing channel provides a theoretical basis.Second, the GST company’s existing marketing channels is analyzed and summarized. According to the tendency of the automatic fire alarm equipment market environment, and starting from the characteristics of the automatic fire alarm equipment industry, combining with GST company internal and external environment, the problems existing in the analysis of GST company current marketing channels, to analysis and find solutions.Again, using the marketing theory, strategic management theory, theory of management information system, performance management theory, monadic linear regression prediction method, etc., from marketing channel relations, channel interests,incentive management, and other aspects of GST company marketing channel are analyzed, it is concluded that the competitive advantages and disadvantages of GST company, to guide the optimization of marketing channel.Finally, through the GST company play their own advantages, to overcome the disadvantages, grasp the market opportunity and avoid threats, optimize the existing marketing channels, and work out optimized implementation strategy.
