Research On The Development Strategy Of Technical SME

Technical SMEs have become an important part of the national economy.They provide technological products and services.Technical SMEs can promote economic growth and expand employment,also promote technology innovation and technology revolution.China’s economy is gradually entering a new normal.With the development of science and technology,the knowledge economy is booming and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.The operation and development of technical SMEs are facing new problems and new situations.The internal and external environment of enterprises is more complex,which leads to the elimination of many technical SMEs in the market competition.At all stages,scientific development strategies should be formulated and implemented effectively.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research on the development strategies of technical SMEs.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of technical SMEs and the development characteristics of technical SMEs in different stages of their life cycle,this paper explores the strategic choice for the development of technical SMEs in this stage.Finally,taking KS Company as an example,SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the external environment and internal resources of KS Company in detail.This paper identifies the life cycle stage of KS company,combines its own development characteristics,and makes rational choice for the development strategy of this stage,which can provide reference to select and implement the development strategy of technical SMEs.
