At present,there are some problems in the allocation of construction land in county,such as mismatch of scale and structure and unsustainability.The extensive land use mode has not been fundamentally changed,and the tense relationship between man and land appears and further intensifies,which restricts the economic and social development of urban and rural areas.Under the constraints of the bottom line of resources and ecological security,how to accurately grasp the spatio-temporal law of the scale and structural changes of construction land,allocate construction land differentially,and achieve the land use goal of achieving greater benefits with fewer construction land indicators is an important issue that should be paid attention to in China's new urbanization and ecological civilization construction.Firstly,based on the growth mechanism of construction land and the allocation theory of construction land,and taking sustainable development as the theoretical basis,this paper puts forward an extended PSR model including economic,social,resource and environmental evaluation index system,and constructs an evaluation index system of sustainable development of construction land from the multi-dimensional perspectives of regional differences,dynamic development and causality to comprehensively measure the sustainable development level of construction land in Wuyi County from 2008 to 2017.Secondly,from the perspectives of construction land element subsystem,construction land scale,construction land structure and obstacles to construction land promotion,through correlation analysis,grey relational analysis,regression analysis and obstacle degree analysis,this paper expounds the quantitative relationship between construction land and evaluation factors,explores the mechanism and mechanism of regional construction land sustainable development level change,and puts forward the differentiated path of regional construction land sustainable development.Finally,the GM(1,1)grey model is used to predict the sustainable development level of construction land in Wuyi County in the near future(2018-2022),and the information entropy evaluation system is used to explore the optimal allocation scheme of construction land from the perspective of fairness and efficiency,carry out zoning control and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide new perspectives and ideas for the allocation of construction land.The main research results are as follows:(1)During the study period,the sustainable development level of construction land in Wuyi County improved obviously,but the regional differences were significant.In time series,the sustainable development level of construction land is low,showing an overall upward trend,and the promotion of development factors is "economic subsystem > environmental subsystem > social subsystem > resource subsystem";In the spatial dimension,the areas with high sustainable level of construction land are mainly concentrated in the northeast of the county,while the middle-level areas are mainly concentrated in the southwest of the county,forming a spatial pattern with Baiyang Street,Hushan Street,Shuxi Street and Tongqin Town as the main centers,and Liucheng Town and Taoxi Town as the sub-centers,gradually decreasing to the periphery.(2)The improvement of the sustainable level of construction land is the result of the interaction among the four subsystems of economy,society,resources and environment,and there are differences in the sustainable development mechanism of construction land in different functional areas.Economic growth is the main driving force for the growth of construction land,and social development,resource utilization and environmental protection are driven by economic growth and play a boosting role in the growth of construction land.Different functional areas have different demand for construction land scale,and the demand for construction land in comprehensive service-oriented and industrial development-oriented areas is stronger than that in agricultural tourism-oriented areas;Different functional areas have different needs for construction land supply types,and the sustainable development level of land use can be improved by changing the supply structure of construction land;Extensive use of construction land and limited supply of land have become a pair of major contradictions in the sustainable development of construction land,and it is urgent to improve the sustainable level of land use through intensive use of land and transformation of development power.(3)Based on the prediction of sustainable evaluation index,the scheme of optimizing the total amount of construction land by using information entropy takes into account fairness and efficiency,and improves the rationality of the allocation scheme.According to the optimized area ratio,the 18 regions in Wuyi County were divided into four types: large reduction area,small reduction area,small increase area and large increase area,and some control suggestions were put forward to promote the sustainable development of construction land from two aspects of land supply and industrial adjustment.
