Study On The New Rural Construction Of Nanhe County, Hebei Province

All the time, the party and state leaders have paid high attention to China’s "three rural issues". Whether the "three rural" problems can be solved effectively or not, becomes the key of whether our country could realize the modernization. The weakness of China’s agricultural foundation, the large rural population and the development of the rural society restrict China’s overall social development level. Therefore, the construction of new socialist countryside is the only way to build a well-off society comprehensively. The new rural construction in Nanhe County, relyed on the rapid development of township enterprises and agricultural industrial structure adjustment of the accumulated material wealth, it achieved success in many aspects. However, with the new rural construction, there are also a variety of problems.In order to accurately understand the current problems about new rural construction problems in Nanhe County, and to find the reasonable measures, the author studies the integrated use of a variety of methods. By reading the literature and other ways to learn about new methods, new models of new rural construction, and the used survey and research to have a further visit on Nanhe County,mastered the first-hand information and a lot of practical results, and had a detailed and deep understanding of the new rural development path. Finally, combined the obtained information, used the theory of knowledge, asked the questions, summarized the methods to solve the problem.In this paper, with the theme of "The new rural construction path about Nanhe County" to start the research, the content around "production development, well-off life, rural civilization, clean and tidy village, democratic management" about the new rural construction in Nanhe County, had an actual research on the new rural construction in each township in Nanhe County, and had a comprehensive comparison, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the township. Through the comparison, the government in Nanhe County strived to develop the township enterprises and adjust the agricultural structure, promoted economic development and increased the farmers’ income, basically realized the situation of "production development, well-off life." But for various reasons, the various elements of the new rural construction and unbalanced regional development are different, therefore, it is a problem in front of us that how to make the new rural construction comprehensively and steady developed in Nanhe County.The author based on the actual situation on each township in Nanhe County, and regarded the new rural construction as the guide. After combining the theory and practical research in domestic and foreign, took the present situation and the truth as the straight point, summarized out a complete and enforceable construction path, in order to provide a basis for the new rural construction of Nanhe County.
