As one of the important pillars of national economic growth,the development of the financial industry can not be ignored.However,with the increasingly fierce competition in the financial market,it is necessary to have a good marketing strategy to stand firm in the increasingly fierce market.Nowadays,big data has become a technology that can not be ignored in the development of all walks of life.Therefore,this paper uses big data to take N bank as an example to explore the bank marketing strategy under big data technology.The research content of this paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction,which describes the background and significance of this topic,summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on big data and bank marketing under big data,and introduces the research content and research methods of this paper.In the second chapter,the concept and theoretical basis of big data,bank marketing model and machine learning involved in this study are explained.At the same time,the characteristics of big data and the influence of big data on commercial bank marketing are analyzed.The third chapter introduces and analyzes the current situation of N bank's customers based on big data analysis,introduces the current situation of N bank's customers based on big data analysis,and then focuses on the loss of VIP customers,and summarizes the reasons for the loss of VIP customers.The fourth chapter is the big data mining and marketing strategy of VIP customers in bank n.according to the reasons of VIP customers' loss of bank n analyzed above,the marketing strategy of VIP customers based on big data mining is proposed,and the marketing enlightenment of personalized product design and marketing of VIP customers,strengthening the development and application of big data,improving customer experience and optimizing marketing system are summarized.Through the analysis of the reasons for the loss of VIP customers and the specific implementation of marketing strategies,the loss rate of VIP customers has decreased significantly,while the contact rate with customers has also increased significantly,which has played a huge role in promoting the overall customer marketing.
