Cotton is an important raw material for the cotton textile industry and an important strategic material for the national economy and people's livelihood.The timely supply of cotton is crucial to the smooth operation of the textile industry.When an enterprise buys and sells cotton,it should not only test whether the cotton quality is up to the standard,but also consider the transportation problem.Transportation is guaranteed,customer demand can be met,and the enterprise can continue to develop.The regional difference in cotton production and marketing determines the characteristics of cotton transportation,such as long distance and long time.The physical and chemical properties of cotton itself require that safety should be placed in an important position in transportation.Cotton out of the Xinjiang railway delivery capacity is tight,and road freight is relatively high and so on.In such an environment,how to make full use of the limited transportation capacity resources in a safe,efficient and low-cost way and deliver cotton to customers within a specified period of time is a problem to be studied in this paper.How to make the transportation scheduling plan,how to choose the mode of transportation,how to allocate the freight flow,how to choose the route and so on are the challenges faced by transportation decision makers.Optimization of cotton transportation scheduling can help enterprises to reduce costs and improve their competitiveness.First,determine the research object and content of this thesis.Based on the research content,the relevant literature was searched and sorted out,the research status was summarized,and the three aspects of cotton transportation,space-time network and transportation scheduling optimization were classified and summarized,and then the research method of this paper was determined.Secondly,this thesis takes enterprise Z as an example,analyzes its current situation,characteristics and process of cotton transportation,and makes clear that there are problems in cotton transportation decision-making,such as high transportation cost,unreasonable transportation resource allocation,no clear decision basis for shipping plan,and explores the causes of these problems.In order to solve the existing problems and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,this paper combines the actual situation of enterprises,considers the physical and chemical properties and loading characteristics of cotton,constructs the transport cost function and safety assessment function,and optimizes the existing transport plan by solving the model.Thirdly,based on the optimization model of cotton transportation scheduling in enterprise Z,the model parameters and constraints are set according to the actual situation with the dual objectives of the lowest total transportation cost and the highest safety.Substituting actual data related to the enterprise,and using Pareto's idea of optimality.Finally,MATLAB programming software and genetic algorithm are used to solve the problem.Finally,on the basis of the existing models and data of enterprise Z,the capacity limits of different degrees are set to optimize the cotton transportation scheduling under different scenarios,and the results are compared and analyzed.Finally,the conclusion is drawn and the effectiveness of the model is verified by the actual situation.There are 28 figures and 29 tables in this thesis.And 60 literatures are referred to.
