Research On Smart R&D Management System Based On Agile Method

The rapid development of modern technologies such as the Internet and AI big data has provided technical conditions for better meeting market demands.For big data companies with software and information technology as their core competitiveness,they are in urgent need of adapting to the rapid and frequent changes of external market demands,forming the ability to respond quickly to changes,building a standardized and agile mature "team" to serve more users,to obtain a higher market share and obtain better efficiency benefits.However,based on the technical and economic characteristics of Internet company products,how to realize the transformation from the traditional software development project management method based on waterfall development,adopt a more appropriate project management method and quantify the work efficiency of R & D personnel becomes a problem that urgently needed to be resolved.This article mainly studies the R&D management issues of software development projects of Internet companies,including theoretical discussions on innovative organizations of technological development,descriptions of intelligent R&D management models,introductions to agile and waterfall development models and their respective pros and cons.Finally,it summarizes the development of R&D management and a review of relevant literature at home and abroad.In the implementation phase,based on the wisdom of R&D theory,starting with three key subsystems of efficient organization,value process,tools and technology,paper shows the design of a systematic architecture,execution process and tool chain,put forward corresponding evaluation indicators and analyze the implementation results,and through the evaluation of the implementation results,further proposed measures for continuous improvement.After company A established a project management office in late 2017,it has gradually implemented a series of project management specifications and systems based on agile methods in some core products,gradually achieving the effect of visualizing R & D efficiency and significantly improving the efficiency of R & D.A set of smart R & D management methods that are more suitable for Internet companies,which are constantly optimize and improve in the process of implementation,plan to be gradually promoted to the applications in other internal projects.As a good demonstration in the industry,through the study of this case,this article reveals the innovation of project management methods and management level improvement to provide value reference and experience reference.
