| The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to strengthen the construction of logistics and other infrastructure networks,reflecting that the country’s emphasis on the development of the logistics industry has further increased.As an important part of the logistics infrastructure network,logistics nodes are not only conducive to promoting the aggregation of logistics resources,but also promoting the improvement of logistics operation efficiency,and thus supporting the transformation and upgrading of urban industries.It is the realization of high-quality logistics development and high-quality economic development.Foundation and key.However,in practice,most cities lack systematic planning when planning and constructing logistics nodes,and the problems of repeated construction,homogeneous competition,and inefficient operation of logistics nodes are common.In addition,the city’s economic development,industrial space layout,residents’ living consumption and other demand-side factors are constantly changing.How to scientifically and reasonably balance the current and future logistics needs can not only adapt to changes in the scale and distribution of logistics needs in different periods,but also achieve different Reasonable division of labor and coordinated layout among logistics nodes to create a low-cost and high-efficiency logistics service network to better support economic and industrial development and protect people’s lives are common problems faced by city government departments.In view of this,studying the dynamic layout planning of hierarchical classification and integration of logistics nodes is of great significance for promoting high-quality logistics development and promoting economic and social development.This thesis relies on the topic of "Linfen City Logistics Network Layout Planning Research",based on on-site investigation and theoretical analysis,from the following aspects to carry out systematic research and exploration on the logistics node hierarchical classification integrated dynamic layout planning.(1)Designed a logistics node hierarchy classification system based on cargo flow angle.Defined the definition of logistics nodes,summarized the functions of logistics nodes from the three levels of micro,meso,and macro.Considered the supply and demand of logistics from the perspective of cargo flow,designed a hierarchical category structure,and divided it into first-level logistics according to the spatial relationship of cargo flow.Nodes and secondary logistics nodes are divided into comprehensive logistics nodes and professional logistics nodes according to service goods.(2)Put forward the connotation of the dynamic layout planning of logistics node hierarchical classification and integration.Defined the basic definition and research scope of logistics node hierarchical classification and integrated dynamic layout planning,analyzed in detail the six layout planning elements of logistics node location,level,category,scale,quantity and construction time sequence,systematically elaborated its influencing factors and basic in principle.(3)Designed the thinking and method of logistics node hierarchical classification integrated dynamic layout planning.Combined with the multi-level,multi-category and multi-period dynamic attributes of this research question,the idea of dynamic layout planning of hierarchical classification and integration of logistics nodes is proposed,and the steps and methods of OD transportation volume forecast for category logistics are designed,with the goal of minimizing the total cost during the planning period The integrated dynamic layout planning model of logistics node hierarchical classification is constructed,and a model solution method combining heuristic rules and genetic algorithm is designed.(4)Based on the actual data of Linfen City,using the model and solution algorithm constructed in this paper,the dynamic layout planning plan of the logistics node hierarchical classification in Linfen City from 2019 to 2030 is obtained.The supply and demand matching,division of labor coordination and construction have The ordered layout result solves the problems of centralized logistics node layout,homogeneous competition,and insufficient adaptability of industrial adjustment in Linfen City,which proves the effectiveness of the research ideas and model methods in this paper.There are 14 figures,48 tables,115 references in this article. |
