Research On The Construction Of Enterprise Innovation Method System And Its Application

"Independent innovation,method first",innovation method is an important tool to guide the direction of innovation,accelerate the process of innovation,reduce the cost of innovation,and support "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation".This paper is based on the project "Systematic Application and Demonstration of Innovative Methods for Laser Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing"(Project No.2016IM030300),which is undertaken by Enterprise A.Aiming at the singularity of the current application of innovation methods in enterprises,the enterprise innovation method system is studied,to realize the integration and application of various innovation methods,and comprehensively improve the independent innovation ability of enterprises.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the concept of methods and innovation methods and the characteristics of enterprise innovation,the enterprise innovation method system is studied.Further,the composition and construction process of enterprise innovation method system are analyzed,and points out that the construction of enterprise innovation method system should first identify the key problems faced by enterprises at the present stage,and then decompose the key problems of enterprises in the relevant business links,and select appropriate methods,technologies and tools for the specific problems in each business link,so as to form an innovative method system to meet the core innovation needs of enterprises.(2)On the basis of the above research,the key problems faced by enterprise A are identified,through the analysis of its internal and external environment.Then,starting from the key problems,the problems existing in the R&D,design,manufacturing and marketing services of enterprise A are analyzed by means of in-depth interviews,onsite observation and data analysis,and according to the specific problems existing in each link,the corresponding methods,technologies and tools are selected,and finally the innovation method system which can meet the actual innovation needs of enterprise A is constructed.(3)Aiming at the practical problems existing in the R&D,production and service links of Enterprise A,the corresponding innovation methods in the innovation method system are adopted to solve the problems.Firstly,a new type of automatic lifting feeding and blanking device is designed by using TRIZ theory in the research and development process,which solved the problems of pipe surface scratch and collision deformation during the blanking process of cutting pipe material.Secondly,many methods and tools in IE theory are used in the production process to study and analyze the production and operation process of its standard model,to improve the production efficiency of its standard model.Finally,in the service sector,aiming at the problems of many links,communication and approval in its spare parts sales business,the B2 C e-commerce model is proposed to apply to its spare parts sales business by using the idea of transplantation innovation,thus forming the E-commerce platform of Enterprise A and realizing the innovation of its after-sales spare parts sales service model.
