Research On The Integration Of Financial Funds For Agriculture In Hunan Province

From ancient times to the present,agriculture is a basic industry of the country,and it is related to the long-term stability of the whole country.To this end,in recent years,China has continued to increase its financial support for agriculture.However,due to the scattered use of financial support for agriculture,it is more difficult to achieve economies of scale.Therefore,it is increasingly important to actively carry out the merger and integration of funds.Taking Hunan Province as an example,this study takes the financial capit al integration in the agricultural field as the analysis object,and first analyzes the current situation of the province's financial support for agriculture.The analysis focuses on three aspects: the scale of investment,the structure of input,and the s tatus of fund management.It also points out that there are problems in the province that are relatively scattered in terms of capital use and scientific in fund management.Therefore,it is very necessary to pool the concentration of funds in this area,t o coordinate the allocation of science,and to promote the improvement of the efficiency of its use.Secondly,using the method of empirical analysis,the impact of the financial integration of financial support for the province on the efficiency of capita l use is analyzed.The first is to compare the impact of the province's capital integration on the development of rural economic development.The second is to compare and analyze the selected four counties of the province before and after the integration,mainly to analyze the changes in the impact of supporting agriculture funds on rural economic development before and after the integration of supporting agricultural funds in each county,and on this basis,The integration effects of the four counties were compared and analyzed.Through empirical research,it is demonstrated that the province's integration of funds effectively enhances the effectiveness of funds.Then,based on the comparison before and after the integration of the selected four counties and the comparative analysis between the counties and counties in the empirical analysis,the paper analyzes the specific conditions of some counties with poor integration and conducts fund integration work for the province.The problems and causes in the analysis are carried out.The province's integration work has problems such as unified planning and deployment,no communication and coordination between departments,inadequate management system,and difficulty in supporting local financial support.Finally,put forward targeted policy recommendations: accelerate the formation of a unified planning plan,strengthen coordination among departments,gradually improve the management system of integration work,and appropriately reduce the requirements for supporting funds in various places,so as to promote the province's financial support for agriculture.The orderly development of fund integration work.
