Under the background of mobile Internet information flooding, the time cost for users to screen effective information is increased, and Internet knowledge payment comes into being.Internet knowledge payment refers to the information interaction mode in which the public(knowledge provider)uses the Internet platform to share their idle resources(cognitive surplus)with others(knowledge consumers)and obtain income.Although the "knowledge payment" concept has been widely known and accepted, the problem of "unauthorized sharing" is still the biggest challenges to many knowledge payment platforms currently. These infringement acts not only make knowledge provider lose their original power, consumers difficult to obtain high quality knowledge content, but also shake the benign relationship to create the value between the knowledge payment platform and the knowledge provider. Therefore, based on the background of "unauthorized sharing",this paper explains the root of the rupture of interest relationship between knowledge providers and knowledge payment platforms.Meanwhile, the reality constraint of " king content" requires that the platform must first consider the interest demands of knowledge providers,so as to further provide users with high-quality knowledge products. Therefore,it is a subject of great theoretical value and practical significance to discuss the optimal operation strategy and realization of knowledge payment platform under the constraint of " king content".On the basis of emphasizing the profound connotation of the "sharing" attribute of Internet knowledge payment, this paper puts forward two realistic backgrounds that Internet knowledge payment platform faces: "unauthorized sharing" and " king content".Based on the background of unauthorized sharing, this paper first explains the logic of interest divergence between Internet knowledge pay ment participants, that is product market confidence and operation cost. The model shows that there is a constant pricing divergence between the knowledge payment platform and the knowledge provider in the context of unauthorized sharing. On this basis, combining with the reality constraint of "king content",it is concluded that the optimal operation strategy of the platform is to increase the flow realization income, that is,to increase the user scale.Secondly,it analyzes the mechanism of platform management strategy and user scale improvement, that is,platform management strategy improves user scale by reducing information asymmetry in the knowledge payment market. Thus,a three-party platform management model is constructed, and the influence of platform management strategy on user scale is studied by means of simulation. The results show that if the platform supports knowledge providers, the number o f knowledge providers will slightly increase, while the number of knowledge consumers will increase significantly. If the platform strictly screens knowledge consumers, the number of knowledge providers will increase greatly, while the number of knowledge consumers will only decrease slightly. The platform should select appropriate supporting and screening strategies according to its own positioning to achieve the optimal user scale. This paper starts from the two realistic backgrounds of Internet knowledge payment, explains the root cause of the rupture of the interest relationship between the knowledge payment platform and the knowledge provider,as well as the corresponding operation and management strategies of the knowledge payment platform, and accordingly puts forward the targeted conclusions and enlightenment. The paper provides a theoretical basis for the operation and management of the Internet knowledge payment platform.
