In recent years,with the popularity of mobile payment technology and the development of content creation,the content industry has becoming a new driving force for users 'consumption growth.The development from online literature to online music payment to online knowledge payment reflects users' gradual recognition of knowledge payment value.Under the Internet background,knowledge payment has become a new system of information interaction.The study of the user behavior of the paid knowledge is helpful to the further understanding of the scope of the paid users and users' behavior characteristics.It provides that reference and suggestions for the continuous attraction of the users and the optimization of online knowledge pay.It also helps understanding the general rules of the behavior of the paid users.From user's perspective,this paper first defines the content of knowled ge payment and user's behaviors,and then analyzes the characteristics of user behavior based on the research status of pay for knowledge.The payment of knowledge is to solve the development anxiety of the users in the mobile Internet era.Knowledge payme nt provides a kind of commercial service for users with the high scene value information which is targeted and operable.User's payment behavior is defined as knowledge payment behavior in this article.The characteristics of users' knowledge payment behavior are mainly aimed at solving users' anxiety,strong variability and social attributes of identity.In the detailed analysis of the user's pay behavior,this paper studies the behavior of the user's payment from four aspects,such as the influencing factors,the scene,the behavior tendency and the satisfaction,and presents the basic rules of the following user behavior: the user is based on social needs,self-promotion,and time saving.The demand motivation of cost is paid for knowledge in a multi-channel and fragmented scene.In specific consumer behavior,users tend to use the form of online audio class to pay more attention to the content of self-promotion of utilitarianism.Users are more sensitive to the price of knowledge payment and prefer to use cheap prices for high quality services.Through the study,it is found that in the user's knowledge pay experience,the users' behaviors have anxiety consumption,the weak awareness of the copyright of knowledge and the low sense of acquisition in the payment of knowledge.Based on the analysis of the problem,this paper puts forward to the following solutions: in the solution level of user anxiety consumption,the pay platform should pay attention to the promotion of knowledge service and reduces the dimension of anxiety marketing.In the improvement level of the weak copyright consciousness of the users,the payment concept and copyright consciousness of the users should adopt diversified cultivation mode,so that the users can be fully develop ed.So,users can better understand the significance of knowledge copyright.In the solution of users' low sense of harvest,knowledge payment platform should build up the high-quality content of subdivision and provide personalized content recommendation for the users' needs.
