In the ever-changing market,entrepreneurship and innovation seem to be in the focus of people's attention.Despite the difficulties,entrepreneurship never douses the entrepreneurs' enthusiasm.As one of the most important parts of the entrepreneurial management,the research toward the entrepreneurial behavior is the core to our understanding of entrepreneurship as well as dealing with some vital entrepreneurial problems.So far,the researches toward entrepreneurial behavior just focus on the influence of entrepreneur's characteristic,decision logics and so on.While as a kind of social behavior,entrepreneurship is certainly affected by entrepreneur's self-cognition.Therefore,based on the social identity theory,this paper aims to explore the relationships between entrepreneur's social identity and their innovation behavior with the consideration of his or her tie strength of innovation networks,which helps to explain for entrepreneur's behavior heterogeneity.After studying relative literature and reflecting on existing phenomenon,the researcher puts forward some hypothesis and collects 168 valid samples by means of questionnaire survey.With the help of SPSS and Mplus,some important results are concluded: Darwinian identity,Missionary identity have positive effect on business model innovation,while Communitarian identity,Missionary identity has positive effect on technology innovation.What's more,tie's strength of innovation networks positively moderates their relationships.Lastly,according to the conclusions,some necessary managerial implications,research limitations as well future expectations are proposed in detailed.
