At present,in the field of organizational behavior,scholars' research on employee behavior mainly focuses on the behavior of employees' active roles.However,as the global economic competition intensifies,the external environment facing enterprises is more complicated.The competitions faced by employees are also intensifying,and employees are under pressure from their work.The result is that employees' negative behaviors are also emerging.Therefore,since the 1990 s,the negative behavior of employees,that is,the Counterproductive Work Behavior,has gradually attracted the attention of scholars and management practitioners at home and abroad.Why is there Counterproductive Work Behavior? What factors may increase the possibility of Counterproductive Work Behavior? And will Counterproductive Work Behavior vary according to individual traits? These are the main research priorities for current scholars.In view of this,after a deeply review of related literatures,this dissertation will focuses on the mechanism of work stress on employee's Counterproductive Work Behavior,as well as the effect of negative affectivity between work stress and individual's Counterproductive Work Behavior.The dissertation is based on the stressor-emotion model.Additionally,using attachment orientation as a moderator between job stress and individual's Counterproductive Work Behavior.This paper analyzes the sample data based on 278 valid questionnaires by using SPSS22.0.The results show that work stress can positively predict the Counterproductive Work Behavior of employees;negative emotions play a mediating role between work stress and Counterproductive Work Behavior.Both attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance have positive influence on the relationship between work stress and Counterproductive Work Behavior.Research shows that the pressure in the workplace can not only cause employees' Counterproductive Work Behavior,but also cause employees' negative affectivity,which further leads to Counterproductive Work Behavior of employees,while attachment orientation can positively regulate the relationship between work stress and Counterproductive Work Behavior.
