Since the outbreak of the global economic crisis in 2008,the State Council has issued a 4 trillion investment plan for infrastructure construction.While the new construction and expansion of each terminal,the demand for supporting port machinery and equipment is also increasing.As users are eager to put into production,the production cycle of new equipment orders is significantly shorter than before,which puts a severe test on the management ability of production enterprises.In this paper,through the analysis of several classic cases of G company,taking communication management as the starting point,we will find out the reasons why G company often delays its regular projects while working overtime for a long time,find out the ways to improve work efficiency and reduce working time through the guidance of problems,and promote them to all project work of G company,so as to achieve the goal of timely delivery of projects.In the process of research,this paper first introduces the research background,research status,research purpose,significance,content,methods and so on.Then it introduces G company and its industry,and describes the problems of G company in the process of project implementation through four real cases happened in G company,such as unclear rights and responsibilities,poor communication,weak execution,lack of effective feedback channels and other problems.In the project,various departments often block each other's communication and coordination,which is basically ineffective.Based on communication management,control management and incentive management,this paper analyzes four cases one by one,and finds that G company has several major problems,such as multi-level organization,imperfect communication channels,unequal rights and responsibilities,and neglecting production planning.These problems and cases cross each other.Each case corresponds to multiple problems,and each problem occurs in multiple cases.After finding out the problems,we design solutions based on the principles of theoretical research,G company's actual situation,low-cost realizable perspective and problem cause statistical perspective,and propose four major problem-solving directions: optimizing organizational structure,improving communication efficiency,improving information channels,strengthening rights,responsibilities and processes,and strengthening plans.Each solution direction includes several solutions,each solution The solution also corresponds to different practical problems,and realizes the full coverage of the solution to the practical problems through the intersection of the problem and the solution.This paper takes G company as the research object,optimizes the production process and organization form of G company through the application of communication management in the project.First of all,the core role of production planning department is emphasized,and the whole project production takes planning as the core production;second,communication channels in the project process are increased to reduce the communication time between departments;third,the document circulation link is reduced,so that documents can be directly transferred from production department to construction team,and the impact of intermediate link on document circulation is reduced;finally,the rights and responsibilities of each department are clarified,and strictly in accordance with the Act according to rules and regulations to avoid mutual prevarication among departments.
