The Application Research In Z Company Of Clear Stream Production Management Theory

Currently, the trend of economic globalization is more and more obvious, enterprises operation environment has changed dramatically. Enterprises introduced more advanced management concepts in order to pursue its rapid development speed in the management of business operations. Under this background, the most effective ways to reduce production costs, improve profitability and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is to impel a way that the foundation is eliminating waste.Company Z is Y Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, has a advanced gravity casting line, including CNC machining center line, NC machining line, high frequency quenching line, automatic plating line, automatic electrostatic paint line, assembly line production lines. But the company’s competition environment has become increasingly complex, the contradiction of competitive environment between domestic and Japan is deteriorating, and the internal pressure increases. So many problems existed in the production process are seriously restricting the development of enterprises, and they also increased operating costs. In this context, Z put forward ideas based on Lean Production, and decided to carry on the way of Seiryoka(clear stream) thinking to eliminate waste.This paper takes Z Company as the research object, first introduced the research background and significance, research status at domestic and abroad was summarized, then introduces the origin and development of Seiryoka. According to the clean production principle and the actual collection of the work of production site specific data, the paper analyzed Z Company’s problems in the production process. Then applying Extreme Production System tools and methods to Z Company production process to improve the current situation, including product manufacturing process reengineering, shorten the manufacturing Lead time, avoid process which owns any waste, reduce inventory turnover days, save the amount of inventory. Through the clean production in Z Company’s practice and beneficial results, it carried out that Seiryoka is to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and thus improve the management level and competitiveness.
