Lots of papers and results on marketing channel of telecommunication enterprises emerge constantly in recent years. However, the marketing competition environments in different religions differentiate from each other due to the varieties of economy, society and culture. Moreover, mobile market has entered a new stage: the urban market is increasing slowly and competing seriously, and the rural market needs developing urgently. So it is necessary to do some research on how to set up the reasonable channel system in order to improve the core-competitiveness of county mobile according to the actual characteristics of marketing competition environments.This paper analyses the effect of channel system on core-competitiveness of county mobile and discusses the ideas and measures to enhance competitiveness by using the market channel theories and combining with the current channel management of China Mobile SY branch. There are some important problems of the former channel system that restrict market development: the slow customers increase, high users churn rate, high channel costs, lack service capacity, and so on. This paper proposes the methods of optimizing, consolidating and promoting the current channel from two aspects: enhance the self and social channel construction, so as to improve the core- competitiveness and win the dominant position of market competition. There are theoretical analysis and positive research to SY Mobile in this paper, which has certain common significance, high application value and important reference to constructing the rational marketing channel system to improve the company core-competitiveness.
