Since its establishment in1970, C Aircraft Manufacturing Group shaped itselffrom a non-fame small company to an industrial leader with only30years. Jointinvested by France, Germany, Spain and Britain companies, it created the miracle ofcurrent aviation industry. Civil aircraft is a high value-added product whose market isin the high risk and market entrance standard is tough for normal investor owing tothe criticalness of the reliability of aircraft, if someone eager to occupy the market, itmust be capable to provide products with high reliability. able to provide highlyreliable products, reliability leads to the sales opportunity, but reliability also relays onthe demonstration of the good performance by big volume of selling, more experiencewould get higher prestige and more orders-that is the healthy circle for this industry.The high reliability is resulted from robust system and management.The paper mainly puts focus on the experience collected during the qualitysystem establishment for C Group and the efficiency for its revolution in qualitymanagement strategy, in order to explain how to boost the competitive capabilitythrough the proper quality platform. The paper firstly introduces the basis of qualitysystem of C Group and its applicable international standards; also it is indicated in thepaper about the quality system, quality management and control structure combinedwith the production process and quality control process of C Group. C Group appliesthe tactics to entirely fulfill the requirement of Airworthiness Authorities duringsetting up the quality system in order to ensure the whole quality process of aircraft incompliance to the surveillance request of authorities. It also helps C Group toeffectively and smoothly complete the development of new aircraft in the processfrom design to put-into-service. The case is hopefully supportive and referentialexperience for aviation participants.The paper is divided into six chapters, in which introduce the industrial situationof C Group stands, the basis for C Group’s quality system and industrial qualitysystem requirement, the quality system of C Group and reality of its qualitymanagement, and about the endeavours C Group put on quality revolutions, finally itsummarized in sixth chapter and discuss the needs to have further study.
