| As the starting point of bank development,bank outlets are an important fulcrum for banks to cope with fierce market competition and seize more market share.They are also an important platform for commercial banks to extend their service tentacles and help regional economic development.However,with the rapid changes in the economic and financial environment in recent years,the continuous promotion of interest rate marketization and the continuous deepening of "financial disintermediation",the competition among banks has become more and more intense,In recent years,affected by the outbreak of the epidemic,the behavior of bank customers has undergone profound changes.The number of customers from physical outlets to stores has decreased sharply.At the same time,customers’ needs have become more complex and diverse,which has brought new challenges to the development of bank outlets.How to optimize the layout of bank outlets through rational and scientific methods has become a key issue for banks to optimize resource allocation and achieve high-quality development.Based on the previous research results and the author’s years of experience,this paper takes Gy bank as the research object,based on the central place theory,location theory,business circle theory and other theoretical foundations.Firstly,by understanding the development history and distribution status of Gy bank’s outlets,this paper makes a differential analysis on the layout of outlets in different regions,and then uses the stepwise regression method to calculate the outlet capacity of each city,It is found that resident deposits,fiscal expenditure and GDP of a region have a great impact on the number of regional outlets.Then,nine operating indicators are selected from the five dimensions of the outlets’ business scale,growth capacity,customer acquisition capacity,service capacity and profitability.The index weight is judged by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the outlet efficiency evaluation system is constructed.Then,the inefficient outlets are selected,combined with the calculation of the capacity of regional outlets,Judge the reasonable number of inefficient outlets that need to be removed.For cities that need to increase outlets,use the operating efficiency to judge the specific new areas,and finally form a network layout optimization scheme that meets the network characteristics of Gy bank.At the same time,formulate corresponding safeguard measures to promote the network layout optimization of Gy bank to be more scientific,reasonable and effective,and gradually improve the financial service capability and overall competitive strength of Gy bank,Help them achieve better development. |
