In 2016,with the promulgate of "healthy China 2030" planning outline and a series of documents,the new round reform of the pharmaceutical industry was officially opened.How to stand firm in the fierce market competition has become a new challenge for the development of pharmaceutical companies.The core of enterprise competition is the talent competition.Training as an effective way to improve the quality and ability of employees has attracted more and more attention.The talent training system based on the post competency model can help pharmaceutical companies standardize the training process,dynamically adjust the post responsibilities,refine the training needs of personnel,improve the participation of training,improve the efficiency of training,and finally achieve the goal of improving the quality of employees.This paper analyzes the current situation of the staff training system of X pharmaceutical company and finds out that establishing the training system from the perspective of competency can better solve the existing problems.By establishing a training system based on competency model,the real cause of performance gap can be found out more effectively from employees' aspect,and it can better determine the specific needs of training,effectively implement training,effectively guarantee and improve the effect of training work.X pharmaceutical company can optimize employee' training based on competency model,effectively improve enterprise's performance,all this help the training courses become more scientific more reasonable and finally provide stronger human resources support for the company's development.This article uses the method of literature review and questionnaire survey,points out the problems of X pharmaceutical company's training system,finds out the preliminary factors of competence quality model.By using behavioral event interview method and the expert panel method,we get the key factors that constitute the competency model,and X pharmaceutical company's employee training optimization plan based on the competency model was finally formed,it can better meets the demand of the company's talent cultivation strategy and the company's culture.
