China's real estate industry after nearly 30 years of development has become the pillar industry of national economy.Anbound real estate as the leading character in the real estate industry,promote the development of a large number of relevant industries,to promote the adjustment of economic structure,drive the national economic growth,improve the level of urbanization has an extremely important role.In recent years,the Anbound real estate to seize the opportunities for development,obtain the long-term survival and sustainable development depends on many factors,but the talent strategy is the core of the whole Anbound real estate development strategy,Anbound real estate has a professional and strong,large risk,large investment,long payback period,complex working relationship.These characteristics determine the Anbound real estate practitioners must have solid professional knowledge,good psychological quality,long-term view and strong comprehensive ability.In recent years,many Anbound real estate project development difficulties,no doubt there are many reasons,but the Anbound real estate professional's specialized quality is poorer,insufficient recognition of enterprise internal leadership for human resource management is one of the most direct one of the reasons.So for Anbound real estate enterprise human resource management is a very important work.The rapid development of the Anbound of real estate industry has brought the industry demand for talent;this requires Anbound real estate enterprises in the industry outside looking for the right career.Recruitment becomes an important way for Anbound to supplement its human resources needs.In this paper,the first chapter expounds the research background of this paper and selected topic significance.The second chapter presents the basic theory for the recruitment system,the third chapter analyzes the current Anbound real estate problems that exist in the human resources recruitment system,the fourth chapter puts forward the suitable for Anbound real estate enterprise human resources recruitment selection standard,process design,effectively enhance the professionalism of the interview and assessment,established to promote the development of real estate Anbound enterprise human resource recruitment system.
